Scindapsus aureus

Devil’s Ivy.   Another excellent office plant especially as a desk or cupboard top trailing plant.  The Scindapsus lasts much longer when planted on its own in a container.

Will tolerate low light levels

Desktop trailing 1ft tall (30cm) to 2.2m

Cut off long shoots to keep the plant in its original shape or wrap around moss pole.

Mealy bug. Sciarid fly in the soil causes root rot.

Will cling to and climb an indoor wall or wallpaper if left untrimmed.

Can look straggly if not trimmed or tied regularly.
